This site is run by NotYourAIDad, based in Colorado. It's short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you sign up for NotYourAIDad Weekly or join the NYAID AI Leverage Diagnostic waitlist. We keep which list you joined, the date, and whether you confirmed or unsubscribed. If you don't click the confirmation link within 72 hours, your address is deleted automatically.
• Your one-line answer to "What do you want AI to help with?", only if you choose to fill it in on the waitlist form. Please leave out names and private details.
• A scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for about an hour when you submit a form. We use it only to block spam. We can't turn it back into your IP address.

We don't use cookies, ad trackers or analytics pixels. The one piece of third-party content is the spam check on our forms (see Cloudflare Turnstile below).

How we use it

• Newsletter: to send you NotYourAIDad Weekly.
• Waitlist: to tell you when the diagnostic is ready, to invite a few people to the pilot, and to read your one-line answers so we build something useful.

We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the signup lists.
• Cloudflare Turnstile runs the quick "are you a person" check on our forms. It looks at signals from your browser to tell people from bots; we only get back a pass or fail. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
• SendGrid (Twilio) delivers our emails: the one-time confirmation email when you sign up, and the newsletter. We turn off SendGrid's open and click tracking.

These companies handle the data only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed signups: 72 hours, then deleted automatically. Confirmed: until you unsubscribe and ask us to delete it, or until we shut the list down. Rate-limit records expire on their own after about an hour.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every email.
• Delete your data: use the remove my email page, the "unsubscribe and delete" button on the unsubscribe page, or email page@nyaid.ai. Deleting removes you from both lists.
• Get a copy: email page@nyaid.ai and we'll tell you what we have (usually just your email, list and signup date).

Kids

This site isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Questions: page@nyaid.ai.
